Mission
History
Covenant Medical Group physicians have been serving patients of north suburban Chicago for over 25 years. Each is a graduate of the Internal Medicine residency at Evanston Hospital (formerly under the auspices of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine). Four of the physicians served as Chief Residents in the residency program. Each has spent several years as volunteer teaching faculty for medical students and housestaff from Northwestern University and now the University of Chicago.
All of the physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine, generally defined as primary care for adults.

Take either Willow Road or Lake Avenue to Patriot Boulevard.
If coming from Willow Road, take Patriot south 2 stoplights to Compass Road, and turn left.If coming from Lake Avenue, take Patriot north 5 stoplights to Compass Road, and turn right.
Once on Compass, the office is 2/3 of a block east of Patriot, on the south side of the road.
